Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance professional to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equity research or investment banking with a focus on the pharmaceuticals/healthcare sector. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making by the top management.

Job Responsibility:

Support preparation of Long Range Business Plans & Decks for top management
Finance Lead for strategic finance data analytics
Execute/Project manage inorganic initiatives like M&As, Fundraising projects
Support financial analysis of Business Development & Licensing Team
Ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

8 years of experience in finance
strong background in equity research or investment banking with a focus on the pharmaceuticals/healthcare sector
ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports
experience in strategic finance data analytics
project management skills for M&As and fundraising
financial analysis for Business Development & Licensing initiatives
