Wissen Technology is hiring a Management Trainee who will learn core business development, sales, client relationship management, and strategic planning skills. This role is designed to prepare the trainee for future leadership positions within the sales and growth teams by exposing them to various business verticals and real-world projects.
Job Responsibility:
Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential markets, customer segments, and new business opportunities
Generate and qualify leads through online research, cold outreach, networking, and industry events
Analyze competitor activities and prepare reports
Sales Support & Client Engagement: Assist in preparing sales pitches, proposals, presentations, and RFP responses
Participate in client meetings (virtual/in-person) with senior team members
Maintain strong follow-up and support client onboarding processes
Business Development Activities: Work closely with the BD team to execute growth strategies and meet revenue targets
Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and channel development
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure client satisfaction
Data & Performance Analysis: Track sales metrics, lead conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review
Use CRM tools to maintain updated records of leads, interactions, and opportunities
Requirements:
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Sales and Marketing
Nice to have:
Prior internship or experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
