We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Management Trainee to join our organization. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, adaptable, and able to handle multiple responsibilities. This position provides comprehensive exposure to business operations, coordination, reporting, and process improvement initiatives, while working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibility:
Support day-to-day business operations and management activities
Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards using MS Excel
Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure timely task execution
Collect, organize, and analyze data to assist in informed decision-making
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and process-related notes
Assist management in planning, follow-ups, and execution of projects
Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
High level of ownership and accountability
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
