We are looking for a Management Trainee, who is wanting to experience our main discipline’s before deciding their career path. The role will report to the team PA and would be responsible for supporting and learning from Managers within the business. This role will be part of our Foundation Programme (early careers programme).

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with RTOs, TAFEs, schools, industry bodies and government agencies to ensure program alignment with current VET policies and industry standards
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, training contracts and organisational policies including maintaining accurate records, reviews and progress reports
  • Monitor and report on program outcomes, retention and employment pathways, providing clear data to demonstrate program success
  • Conduct regular formal and informal reviews with apprentices, trainees, and leaders, and facilitate support or adjustments as needed to maximise participant success
