As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with experienced leaders and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on exposure to modern marketing disciplines including SEO, Email Marketing, Outbound Outreach, Social Selling, Marketing Automation, Analytics, CRM, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Generative AI-powered marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibility
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Contribute to lead generation and pipeline development initiatives
Assist in audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and marketing funnel optimization
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

Assist in developing outreach sequences and messaging frameworks

Build reports, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms
Analyze campaign and business data to generate actionable insights
Support marketing operations and process improvement initiatives
Monitor key marketing KPIs and growth metrics
Leverage Generative AI tools to improve research, content creation, campaign execution, and operational efficiency

Requirements
MBA or B.Tech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions
0–1 year of professional experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High learning agility and intellectual curiosity
Strong ownership mindset and execution ability
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Attention to detail and structured thinking
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
