Job Description

As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with experienced leaders and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on exposure to modern marketing disciplines including SEO, Email Marketing, Outbound Outreach, Social Selling, Marketing Automation, Analytics, CRM, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Generative AI-powered marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Contribute to lead generation and pipeline development initiatives
  • Assist in audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and marketing funnel optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Support on-page and off-page SEO initiatives
  • Assist in content creation, optimization, and distribution strategies
  • Track and report organic traffic and search performance metrics
  • Create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns
  • Support lead nurturing and customer engagement programs
  • Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms to manage campaigns and workflows
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
  • Support outbound prospecting initiatives through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
  • Assist in developing outreach sequences and messaging frameworks
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve prospect engagement and conversion
  • Support social selling strategies to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership
  • Build reports, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms
  • Analyze campaign and business data to generate actionable insights
  • Support marketing operations and process improvement initiatives
  • Monitor key marketing KPIs and growth metrics
  • Leverage Generative AI tools to improve research, content creation, campaign execution, and operational efficiency
  • Explore emerging AI-driven marketing trends and contribute innovative ideas to the team

Requirements

  • MBA or B.Tech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions
  • 0–1 year of professional experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High learning agility and intellectual curiosity
  • Strong ownership mindset and execution ability
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic work environment

  • Experience in sponsorship acquisition, event marketing, stakeholder management, budgeting, vendor coordination, or team leadership
