Job Responsibility

  • Day-to-day lease and tenant management
  • Service charge budgeting, reconciliation and reporting
  • Client liaison and structured management reporting
  • Statutory compliance and oversight of onsite operations
  • Supporting finance, credit control, insurance and lease events
  • Ensuring best-in-class service delivery across the estate

Requirements

  • Strong commercial Property Management experience
  • Confident handling service charges, L&T and tenant applications
  • Comfortable liaising with institutional clients
  • Excellent organisational, communication and reporting skills
  • Someone motivated by high standards and ambitious environments
