Job Responsibility

Managing large multi-let Central London office assets day-to-day
Acting as a key contact for occupiers, ensuring exceptional service standards
Supporting leasing events including renewals, rent reviews and re-gears
Preparing, monitoring and reconciling complex service charge budgets
Overseeing contractors, FM partners and service providers
Ensuring full compliance with H&S and statutory regulations
Delivering accurate and coordinated client reporting
Supporting refurbishment, enhancement and repositioning projects
Working closely with internal teams to improve asset performance
