Join Galp today You will join the Industrial business unit that includes the refining, logistics, and cogeneration activities in the Iberian Peninsula, as well as the project to transform the Sines refinery through green hydrogen and biofuels. About your future Team You wil join CLT team, within Logistics Operations area. How will your day-to-day look like: Ensure all administrative and secretarial support activities; Support in executing customer invoicing, requesting and receiving invoices from suppliers; Billing, validation and control of invoices; Support in the processing, registration, and invoicing of product movement processes; Provide support with administrative tasks such as placing orders with suppliers, controlling customer debt, regularizing staff absences and holiday maps. Control and archive of documentation managed by the administrative department. Carry out the reception, registration and delivery of correspondence, as well as ensuring its archive, in order to provide a means of consultation and support for the day-to-day management of the area; Budget planning, cost analysis, execution and control; Prepare business information for corporate areas and preparation of financial/budget reports; Prepare periodic information relevant to investment forecasting and budget execution; Provide support in monthly account closing activities; Assist internal and external auditors and other relevant external stakeholders. Aditionally, ensure similar functions at Enerfuel (Biodiesel production plant), as backup, which also include the control of product stocks and the issuance of documents related to shipments/ sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum professional experience of 3 years in administrative and accounting activities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and SAP
  • Orientation towards results and continuous improvement
  • Ability to plan, strong analytical skills, organize and work in a team
  • Concern with rigor, reliability and meeting deadlines
  • Dynamism, sense of responsibility and team spirit
  • Planning, organization and management of priorities
  • Proficiency in English
  • Residence or availability to live in Sines, Santo André or Santiago do Cacém area (valued).
