Job Responsibility
Lead, coach, and develop a team of administrative professionals to deliver high-quality support
Set priorities and balance workloads across leaders, teams, and locations
Standardize processes and improve ways of working to increase efficiency
Oversee calendar management, travel coordination, meetings, and expense handling
Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive administrative matters
Partner with leaders to anticipate needs and strengthen operational effectiveness
Drive continuous improvement by simplifying workflows and reducing administrative effort
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative operations, team leadership, or a similar role
Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a team
Experience working in a complex, fast-paced organizational environment
Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience improving processes and managing priorities across multiple stakeholders
