Are you a highly organized, detail‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced healthcare environment? As a Management Nurse Associate, you play a critical behind‑the‑scenes role supporting Nurse Managers and ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple units, departments, and, in some cases, campuses. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing data, people, and processes while contributing to the success of nursing leadership and frontline care teams. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support, particularly in payroll, scheduling, compliance, and workforce management, for 150 to 350 teammates. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a positive teammate experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Support payroll responsibilities for 150–350 teammates across multiple units, departments, and campuses under Nurse Manager supervision
  • Maintain working knowledge of system policies, procedures, labor management guidelines, and healthcare regulations
  • Ensure accurate time code allocation
  • monitor and reconcile time and labor edits, trends, and discrepancies
  • Monitor appropriate use of incremental and general overtime by teammate, department, and unit
  • Manage daily scheduling changes and staffing adjustments
  • Track and maintain monthly healthcare license verification and required documentation
  • Maintain and update ShiftSelect credentials
  • Track teammate PTO to ensure requests meet eligibility requirements for approval
  • Manage MLOA/FMLA reporting and monthly reconciliations
  • Monitor premium pay programs and support compliance with related guidelines
  • Participate in candidate interviews as requested
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while supporting operational priorities
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to assigned Nurse Managers
  • Support cross‑functional areas and additional operational projects aligned with organizational goals
  • Maintain awareness of healthcare trends and regulatory requirements impacting workforce operations
