Job Description:

Management Fees Specialist – Hybrid / Waltham, MA. Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a Management Fees Specialist to support data accuracy, fee processing, and advisor-facing operational workflows. This role focuses on reviewing documentation, maintaining accurate records, following established procedures, and performing consistent follow-up with internal teams and external partners during a period of system and process transition.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review, process, and track fee-related requests and supporting documentation in accordance with established procedures
  • Perform account setup and maintenance activities within internal systems
  • Ensure accurate processing of payments, adjustments, and related transactions
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders with clear, professional communication
  • Document interactions and maintain detailed records to support auditability and data integrity
  • Follow up on open items to ensure timely resolution and data accuracy
  • Meet productivity, accuracy, and service-level expectations while managing multiple workflows
  • Support operational reporting and assist with special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Internship or 1+ year of experience in a data-driven, operations, finance, or client-facing role
  • Experience working with internal teams, vendors, or clients a plus
