Job Description

As an Investment Controller, your core focus will be investment-focused controlling centered on cash flow analysis, forecasting, and deep-dives into group-level data.

Job Responsibility

  • Group-Level Analysis: Analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on complex group-level financial data and overall market/investment exposure.
  • Cash Flow & Forecasting: Managing, tracking, and forecasting investment-related cash flows to support strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Departmental Bridge: Acting as the primary point of contact and communication bridge between the Investment Controlling team and the core accounting departments.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Direct experience within Asset Management or the wider financial industry. Due to the complexity of our portfolio, this background is highly desirable to navigate the steep learning curve successfully.
  • Technical Expertise: A strong foundational background in financial accounting.
  • Mindset & Analytical Skills: An open-minded, creative, and "can-do" attitude combined with a highly analytical mind.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills are a must, as you will be managing high-exposure group data and interacting with key stakeholders across the business.

Nice to have

  • Advanced Excel or financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with group-level consolidation or international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
