Job Description

Ensures the smooth and timely implementation of administrative operations and general and industrial accounting of competence and related records in respect of tax, legal and insurance rules and company policies and procedures. Ensures, in collaboration with the other staff, the formulation according to company policies, of the operational plans and budgets of competence, drafting final balance data and highlighting any deviations. Provides management with specific economic and quantitative analyses and the main managerial phenomena, highlighting elements to formulate actions to improve economic technical results. Ensures the tax and customs operations relating to outgoing products and raw materials, packages and incoming materials are carried out according to the legal regulations in force. Performs the tasks of industrial accounting for the detection, determination and analysis of the costs of production/sale and to draft the income statement, even with the purpose of preparing the forecast and analysis of the business results/deviations. The tasks are mainly geared towards four problem areas: calculating unit costs, drafting the income statement, analysing management costs, issuances of various accounting reports. Has direct and immediate contact with the company departments concerned referring to their direct superior mainly on aspects of drafting and analysing unit costs and drafting the income statement. According to the Manager’s instruction, is responsible for the drafting, analysis and control of the budgeting process (cost centre budget/function).
