Job Responsibility

  • Lead GL oversight and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for the management company
  • Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting packages
  • Oversee expense allocations across entities and funds
  • Maintain and strengthen accounting policies and internal controls
  • Manage outsourced accounting and AP providers
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Partner with leadership on reporting improvements and special projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years in VC, PE, asset management, within management company accounting
  • Strong GAAP and close process expertise
  • Strong AI, automation experience
  • Experience overseeing outsourced providers
  • Sharp attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion
