Job Responsibility:

  • Review, code, and process invoices and semi-monthly payments (ACH and checks)
  • Partner with teams to obtain approvals and resolve vendor inquiries
  • Audit expense reports and reconcile corporate cards
  • Maintain vendor records, including tax documentation
  • Support bank transactions, journal entries, and expense analysis
  • Assist with 1099s, use tax, and fixed asset tracking
  • Contribute to system enhancements and process documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business
  • 3–4 years of accounts payable experience
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar systems
  • Strong Excel skills and overall attention to detail
  • Organized, proactive, and clear communicator
