Job Responsibility

  • Collect and analyze project data to advise and assist in managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining information of the various assigned projects

  • Generate monthly higher headquarters reports
  • Compile and maintain aircraft performance metrics and weapons system master plans
  • Participate in Lean events and working groups
  • Track and manage the Suspense Tracking System (STS)
  • Process Operational Requirements Documents (ORD)
  • Create and manage strategic type plans/ documents and any and all types of briefings, filing, telephone communications and perform access control

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 3-10 years related experience
  • Active DOD Secret Clearance
  • Must be able to skillfully prepare statistical and written reports as well as presentations for management
