The post holder will be responsible for preparing, analysing, and presenting management accounting information, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across the organisation. The role will also provide financial support to internal stakeholders and take ownership of project accounting and reporting requirements for external funders.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, including the posting of month-end journals
Produce accurate financial reports and analysis to support decision-making across the organisation
Provide financial support and guidance to colleagues and budget holders
Manage project accounting, including monitoring budgets and producing reports for funders
Ensure financial processes are followed consistently to deliver accurate and reliable results
Maintain and develop robust financial controls and documentation
Support continuous improvement of finance processes and reporting
Support Assistant Management Accountant and check their work before preparing the Accounts
Requirements:
Experience in preparing Monthly Management Accounts
Strong team player with a collaborative approach to work
