As our Management Accountant, you’ll lead the charge in producing accurate, timely financial reports, partner with teams across the business, and help shape the future of our global operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the production of monthly management accounts for key Group entities
  • Deliver insightful variance analysis and performance commentary
  • Prepare statutory accounts and coordinate with local advisors across jurisdictions
  • Manage overseas tax filings with support from external experts
  • Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and commercial appraisals
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting for your areas of responsibility
  • Support audits, process improvements, and cross-functional projects
  • Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing
  • Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with policies and regulations

Requirements

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) in the latter stages with previous management accounting experience
  • Experience in financial or management accounting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to explain financials to non-financial teams
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software

Experience in a multinational environment or working with multiple currencies
