We’re looking for a Management Accountant to join our high-performing team and play a pivotal role in driving financial success across the business. This is more than just reporting numbers – it’s about influencing decisions, improving processes, and making a real impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver accurate, insightful monthly management accounts – including P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, variance analysis and KPIs – all to tight deadlines
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, providing data-driven insights that shape strategic decisions
  • Challenge existing processes, implement smarter ways of working, and lead projects that make a difference
  • Support and develop colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulatory frameworks while spotting risks and opportunities early

Requirements:

  • Qualified (ACA / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent)
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and the confidence to challenge the status quo
  • Experience in shared services and a passion for continuous improvement
