Management Accountant

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support decision-making processes
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial objectives are met
• Oversee the reconciliation of balance sheets and maintain accurate records of financial data
• Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors as required
• Provide insightful financial reports and commentary to key stakeholders within the organisation
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
• Contribute to the continuous development of financial systems and procedures

• ACA/ ACCA /CIMA qualified
• Previous experience within related sectors
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly and concisely
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

Preference to candidates with IFRS16 and lease accounting experience
