This role is with a well-established organisation in the Leisure industry. The company is a medium-sized enterprise with a focus on delivering exceptional services and maintaining strong financial management practices
Job Responsibility:
Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations
Manage month-end and year-end financial processes
Support decision-making through financial analysis and modelling
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to manage cost control and financial planning
Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems
Requirements:
A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as ACCA, CIMA or Qualified by Experience
Strong technical accounting knowledge and skills
Experience in financial reporting and analysis within the Leisure industry is advantageous
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Strong organisational and time management skills
