Joining a lean, high-performing team, you will be the financial lead for NSW operations. This role bridges the gap between site-level metrics and group strategy, building the dashboards and systems that drive performance.
Job Responsibility:
Preparation of month-end accrual journals, P&L reports, and GL reconciliations
Weekly activity reporting for major customers and oversight of debt management
Providing financial advice to Head Office and Senior Management on site status
Developing and maintaining reporting tools and performance dashboards
Reporting revenue and costs for tipping and subcontractor-led projects
Driving budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure requests
Oversight and backup support for Payroll, AP, and AR functions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CA/CPA qualified or near completion
3+ years in Management Accounting with a focus on revenue and subcontractor models
Advanced Excel skills and experience developing financial reporting systems
Proven ability to provide robust analysis that supports business decisions
Independent problem-solver capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
