Job Description:

This role combines client care and regional care team management, offering variety and responsibility in equal measure. You will be coordinating live-in carers with clients across Kent, Surrey and Sussex. Looking after a small group of families to ensure the best carer is matched to their needs and overseeing the process from initial enquiry through to placement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage live-in care services for clients across Kent, Sussex & Surrey
  • Conduct home visits, care reviews, and audits to maintain high standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Resolve concerns promptly and ensure client satisfaction
  • Support assessments for new clients and develop tailored care plans
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure smooth on boarding
  • Promote services within the community and identify growth opportunities
  • Supervise and support carers in your region
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure mandatory training compliance
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-quality carers
  • Host virtual drop-in sessions for carers

Requirements:

  • Experience in healthcare at any level but with the ability to work unsupervised, on your own initiative, managing a diary and sometimes working under pressure with competing priorities
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and putting together care plans and/or risk assessments
  • Excellent communication, time management, and IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule
  • Clean UK driving licence and own car
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care - desirable but not essential
