Job Description:

A well-established property developer seeks a creative marketing professional to join their team to develop strategic campaigns, manage events, and collaborate with teams to enhance mall performance and visibility.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive footfall, enhance tenant visibility, and boost mall revenue across retail, F&B, and entertainment segments
collaborate with tenants, internal teams, and external partners to create and execute engaging content and promotions across digital platforms, print media, and on-ground activations
plan and manage mall events and seasonal campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity while enhancing shopper experience and community engagement
analyze shopper behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth
oversee relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of marketing initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
relevant certifications in digital marketing or event management is a plus
minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, mall management
strong project management and organizational skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

certifications in digital marketing
certifications in event management
