We are currently recruiting full time, part time and bank Support Workers specialising in high-risk behaviours to support an autistic individual with an intellectual disability in the Frinton-on-Sea area. You will be supporting an autistic individual who has an intellectual disability and complex mental health needs. This is a 6:1, 24/7 support package, so we are looking for individuals who are resilient, skilled, and confident in managing risk behaviours.

Requirements
Prior experience managing risk behaviours
Strong understanding of autism and mental health
Autism and Mental Health-related qualifications (MUST)
Full UK Driving Licence (MUST)
