Make a Real Difference. We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Male Support Worker to join our close-knit team in Macduff. You’ll be working in a supportive and established environment where many staff have been with us for over 20 years—proof of the positive and stable culture we’ve built. As part of a vibrant and welcoming community hub, you'll provide support to individuals in their day-to-day lives—helping them maintain independence, engage in activities they enjoy, and access the wider community.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting service users with daily tasks in their homes and the community
