Job Responsibility:
Adapt support to fit what each person needs and wants daily
Encourage people to make their own choices, big and small
Help people to do things themselves to be as independent as possible
Support people to build confidence and life skills
Support people to be a part of their community, joining local clubs and connecting with friends and family
Be understanding, allowing people to take their time and do things at their own pace
Celebrate people’s achievements, no matter how small they might seem to others
Requirements:
Access to a vehicle to get to the location due to lack of public transport
Must be able to complete an enhanced DBS check
