Autism Initiatives provide a personalised, autism specialist service that makes a positive different to the lives of autistic people. Our services focus on: Supporting people to be as independent as possible in their homes, Supporting people to achieve and be successful, Helping people to pursue their interests and enjoy their lives, Enabling people to be active members of their communities. As a Support Worker, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and will enjoy joining a dynamic team that encourages people with autism to enjoy an active lifestyle. Community activities could include swimming, accessing walking groups or trips to the cinema. You will also promote health and well-being and support individuals to maintain their home. The support we deliver is flexible and unique to each individual, building on their strengths and driven by their goals.
