Job Description:

The Spa Therapist position performs body treatments according to established protocols ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that the spa environment remains serene, inviting, and relaxing by maintaining ambient lighting, music, and temperature levels
  • Regularly inspect treatment rooms for cleanliness, order, and replenishment of supplies
  • Deliver high-quality, professional spa treatments to guests, including but not limited to massage therapies, facial treatments, and body treatments, in accordance with established spa standards and protocols
  • Conduct regular inspections of treatment rooms to ensure cleanliness, organization, hygiene standards, and full replenishment of supplies and amenities
  • Maintain a serene, welcoming, and relaxing spa environment by ensuring appropriate ambient lighting, music, and room temperature at all times

Requirements:

  • Certified for massage and beauty treatments
  • At least 2 years of experience in a luxury spa environment
  • Outstanding communication skills and command of English are essential
  • Excellent communication and exceptional guest service skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guests' preferences
