An exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced support worker to step up. You will support a young gentleman with diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Mild-Moderate Learning Disability, Anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder to live the Best life's Bolder. Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support a young gentleman with diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Mild-Moderate Learning Disability, Anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder
  • Help with routines, experiences in structure and ensuring consistency
  • Build positive relationships to maintain his wellbeing
  • Undertake transitional work in Grimsby prior to the young gentleman moving into his new home at the end of March 2026

Requirements:

  • Experienced Male Advanced Support Worker
  • Experience in Challenging Behaviours
  • UK driving license essential
  • Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism and forensic background
  • If no qualification, experience in social care required
  • Natural ability to connect with people and build trusting relationships
  • Genuine passion for supporting independence and personal growth
  • Talent for mentoring colleagues, sharing knowledge, and leading by example
