Job Description:

The Voyage Global Leadership Development Program is a full-time, paid development program for recent university graduates. It provides hands-on, discipline-specific training and a leadership-focused curriculum. Participants will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of a hotel and will have opportunities to manage projects, improve processes, and pitch new initiatives. The program lasts 18 months and prepares participants for supervisory or entry-level management roles.

  • Makes rounds of buildings’ boiler and mechanical rooms at regular intervals
  • Tests and records water used for consumption or for generating steam and hydraulic hot water, chilled water systems, and adds appropriate chemicals for proper maintenance of systems including chilled and hot water loops and cooling towers
  • Confers with tenant agencies to resolve problems related to building services
  • Assists other CMS facilities in the Region in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various mechanical systems to ensure proper functioning of systems and equipment
