Job Description:

As the Major Account Manager you will work closely with existing accounts, exploring ways to grow our business and retain those relationships. In tandem, you'll develop a pipeline of new business, with a varied range of our largest customers, from construction through to hospitality and everything in between. The sales cycle is as diverse as our customer base; at times you'll present a simple proposal and at others, you'll be responding to tenders. The potential to grow your portfolio is endless. Every single commercial and industrial business produces waste and you'll have the autonomy and scope to drive growth with no handbrake on!

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with existing accounts, exploring ways to grow our business and retain those relationships
  • Develop a pipeline of new business, with a varied range of our largest customers, from construction through to hospitality and everything in between
  • Present proposals and respond to tenders

Requirements:

  • Experienced business to business sales professional, able to share your successful track record of results in winning new business and retaining existing accounts
  • Natural ability to build trusted relationships with decision makers
  • Able to maintain prospect and lead information in our CRM system, ensuring you use our systems and resources to support your success
  • Able to respond to tenders and complete all proposals
  • Skilled presenter
  • know your way around Excel and Powerpoint
  • Drive, motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment
  • Copy of a current license and proof of entitlement to work in Australia
  • Undergo a police check and pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test
