Job Responsibility:
Grow Membership & Revenue: Drive new memberships, upsell, cross-sell, and secure renewals
Manage Key Accounts: Retain and expand a portfolio of members, ensuring long-term relationships
Identify Opportunities: Generate leads, support contract transitions, and enhance engagement
Financial Oversight: Manage contracts, renewals, and resolve invoice queries efficiently
Track Performance: Maintain CRM records, present performance updates, and support marketing initiatives
Industry Representation: Attend events, share best practices, and uphold Logistics UK’s reputation
Requirements:
A Passion for Sales: Enthusiastic and confident with a results‑driven mindset
Customer‑Focused Approach: Proactive and positive, ensuring excellent service delivery
Industry Insight: Experience in transport and logistics (desirable but not essential)
Proven Sales Expertise: Strong background in B2B sales with pipeline management experience
Persuasive Communicator: Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills at all levels
Presentation Skills: Ability to craft and deliver impactful sales pitches
Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Technical Proficiency: Confident using computer systems and CRM platforms, with the ability to manage data accurately and efficiently
