Job Responsibility

  • Client portfolio management – Prospect and actively seek out new clients
  • Ensure that all complaints and requests from clients are answered and promote contract renewal with existing clients
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals in electronic platforms
  • Foster long lasting client relationships – Promote the sales of communications solutions within the Customer
  • Position as a strategic partner in the business transformation (digital) of our customers
  • Account development Plan - Conduct a Client needs assessment and business opportunities in communications, IOT and ICT
  • Conduct client values analysis and elaborate solutions to be offered
  • Business offers management - Elaborate and negotiate business offers, aligning all the needed stakeholders to produce a value added proposition in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Previous experience in similar comercial positions, preferably in the sales of more technical solutions
