Job Description

The Maître D is based out of The Star/Cowboys Club in Frisco, TX and reports to the Membership Manager.

Job Responsibility

  • Assists in developing customer relations, handling requests, comments and complaints
  • Assigns customers to tables within the club
  • Divides the area into areas of responsibility for the various servers on duty
  • Ensures that guests have a pleasant dining experience
  • Other duties as assigned
