Job Responsibility

  • Floor presence, ensuring service standards are consistent
  • Training and evaluating team members in their roles
  • Plot reservations for the evening, adapt to changes and instill confidence with grace
  • Greet and escort guests to their tables
  • Maintain an organized host stand and front of house
  • Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks as needed
  • Be aware of special events scheduled throughout the property and be able to direct guest appropriately
  • Answer phones and questions regarding the bar and lounge hours, service, availability, and make reservations
  • Communicate with the band leaders to ensure they receive checks and drink tickets
  • Ability to multi-task and handle high volume
  • Understand guest's service needs
  • Have the ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb up and down stairs, carry multiple objects
