Maintenance

• Perform preventative maintenance on engineering systems, air conditioning and heating units, plumbing
• Repair, replace, or construct carpentry items including dry wall, floors, and painting
• Perform and maintain outside maintenance such as landscaping, mowing, edging, and trash detail
• Follow all safety requirements for use of chemicals, cleaners, tools, and equipment
• Greet guests and team members eagerly
• Assist with guest questions regarding promotions, events, specials
• Maintain attendance to ensure coverage
• Maintain departmental logs noting unusual occurrences, incidents, equipment failures, safety issues
• Keep informed of company communications
• Protect company value by keeping information confidential

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• General maintenance and carpentry experience preferred or equivalent job experience in like fields
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Read, write, and speak the English language
• Active listening skills
• Problem sensitivity

• Ability to perform assigned tasks under supervision
• Ability to work well alone or within a team
• Must be willing and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to provide documents to work in the United States
• Must pass a drug test and obtain/maintain a gaming license from the Otoe Missouria Gaming Commission
• Must have Otoe Missouria Gaming Permit
• Must have Valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and push/pull/drag up to 150 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
