Job Description:

Maintenance position at Waves Resort & Spa An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort. Responsible for responding to guest repair requests, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining the property's facilities and equipment.

Job Responsibility:

Respond and attend to guest repair requests
Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment
Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and utility shut-offs
Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts
Perform surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair
Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on equipment, plumbing, electrical components
Program TV's
Perform interior and exterior landscaping repairs
Follow all company safety and security policies

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting
Driver's License
Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus

Nice to have:

Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance
