Job Responsibility

Perform preventative maintenance on engineering systems, air conditioning and heating units, plumbing
Repair or replace damaged parts
Repair, replace as well as construct carpentry items including dry wall, floors, and painting
Perform and maintain outside maintenance such as landscaping, mowing, edging, and trash detail
Follow safety requirements for use of chemicals, cleaners, tools, and equipment
Greet guest and team members eagerly
Assist with guest questions regarding promotions, events, specials, areas, and locations
Maintain attendance to ensure coverage
Perform other duties as assigned
