Job Responsibility

Plan daily work schedules using our dynamic scheduling system, ensuring a first class experience for our residents through timely and efficient coordination
Own the scheduling process from start to finish, considering priority, location and time while managing risks that could impact KPIs
Act as the first point of contact for customers and operatives, offering support via phone and email to help achieve first time fix resolutions
Ensure accuracy and compliance by maintaining clear and detailed notes for each task on the system
Contribute to contract performance by producing daily KPI reports that reflect the success of our service delivery.

Requirements

Knowledge of operations and logistics management of aircraft, engines, and associated equipment and automated and manual procedures applying to planning, scheduling, and documenting maintenance management information systems and small computer use is mandatory
Knowledge of understanding and applying concepts of maintenance directives, aircraft configuration operational, inspection, and time-change management, delayed discrepancy, TCTOs, and engine subsystems is mandatory
Knowledge of MIS (CAMS/IMDS) and desktop computer operations and use is mandatory
Completion of high school with courses in mathematics and computers is desirable
Completion of basic maintenance scheduling course is required
Qualification as a Scheduler, Maintenance is mandatory

Job Responsibility

Ensure Work Order details align with allocated resources and are achievable, optimising sequencing to minimise customer impacts
Ensure all KPI-related jobs are scheduled and delivered on time, in line with contractual and performance obligations
Develop strong relationships with Delivery team, Environmental team, Customer and Stakeholder teams
Liaise with field staff, Customer and Operations centre staff, Work Supervisors and Customer & Stakeholder team
Preparation of accurate estimates to complete work assigned as requested

Minimum 5 years of experience in a mining or heavy industry environment, with a focus on HME reliability or maintenance

Compile detailed job packs, including all relevant work orders and supporting documentation
Monitor and report on adherence to maintenance plan metrics, ensuring alignment with project objectives
Ensure key performance indicators are captured and reported for equipment reliability, maintenance performance and planning and scheduling flow process
