Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance so equipment works when it should. Work closely with maintenance teams, operations, and procurement to make sure the right people, tools, and materials are in place. Your planning helps reduce downtime, keep the workplace safe, and make everyday work easier for everyone involved.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
Prepare clear job plans covering labor, tools, materials, and equipment
Work closely with technicians and suppliers to ensure tasks are completed on time and materials are available
Track progress, update schedules, and maintain accurate equipment records
Use maintenance systems (e.g., CMMS) and data to spot patterns, improve reliability, and reduce unexpected breakdowns
Make sure all work meets safety, environmental, and company standards
Requirements:
High school diploma required
a technical degree or certification in engineering or maintenance is preferred
Experience of 3-5 years in maintenance planning, scheduling, or similar roles, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments
Proficient with maintenance planning tools and CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Oracle), and able to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Very good knowledge of English
Willingness to work in dynamic industrial settings, including hot, high-noise environments, at heights, and in confined spaces when necessary
Nice to have:
Swedish or knowledge of Swedish/EU regulations is a plus
