Maintenance Workplanner

• Plan and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
• Prepare clear job plans covering labor, tools, materials, and equipment
• Work closely with technicians and suppliers to ensure tasks are completed on time and materials are available
• Track progress, update schedules, and maintain accurate equipment records
• Use maintenance systems (e.g., CMMS) and data to spot patterns, improve reliability, and reduce unexpected breakdowns
• Make sure all work meets safety, environmental, and company standards

• High school diploma required
• a technical degree or certification in engineering or maintenance is preferred
• Experience of 3-5 years in maintenance planning, scheduling, or similar roles, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Proficient with maintenance planning tools and CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Oracle), and able to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Very good knowledge of English
• Willingness to work in dynamic industrial settings, including hot, high-noise environments, at heights, and in confined spaces when necessary

Swedish or knowledge of Swedish/EU regulations is a plus
