Job Responsibility

  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across the property and guest facilities
  • Help maintain equipment, utilities, tools, and outdoor infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot small mechanical issues and assist with preventive maintenance
  • Support site improvements, repairs, and seasonal setup projects
  • Assist with construction, carpentry, painting, plumbing, or basic electrical tasks when needed
  • Assist with boat-related operations and waterfront logistics when needed
  • Support outdoor activities and help maintain recreational equipment
  • Occasionally support housekeeping, food service, or guest activities depending on operational needs
  • Help maintain clean and welcoming shared spaces around camp
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a great guest experience

Requirements

  • Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable solving practical problems
  • Experience in maintenance, construction, mechanical work, or outdoor hospitality
  • Mechanical skills are highly valued
  • Experience with boats, fishing, or marine environments is a big plus
  • Comfortable working outdoors in a remote natural setting
  • Versatile and adaptable — every day is different
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to help wherever needed
