Job Description:

Under direction of supervisor, maintain and repair sterilizer truck assets and truck identification system.

Job Responsibility:

  • Transporting trucks/components to and from the repair shop using work saver or forklift
  • Identify damage and accurate repair method
  • Complete repair using correct hand tools, power tools, plasma cutter, or welder
  • Verify repair aligns with SOP requirements, referencing the appropriate drawing when required
  • Inspect repair for burrs or sharp edges and fix as needed
  • Support truck related projects and insure accurate documentation
  • Troubleshoot and perform simple repair on area equipment
  • General cleaning of equipment and area
  • Perform all task required to repair or modify the Sterilizer truck fleet
  • Perform setup and prep repairs
  • Perform basic measurements and math
  • PIT daily checks, truck modification form

Requirements:

  • High School or equivalent
  • 4yrs Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance experience or 4 yrs Military Maintenance and Repair experience
  • Verifiable welding experience/education is required
  • MUST PERFORM HANDS ON WELDING TEST
  • Must perform TIG welding on stainless and aluminum components
  • The welding test and interview must be satisfactorily completed prior to the job being awarded
  • Must follow all safety and GMP requirements
