Maintenance Technician

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production machinery to identify potential issues
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems including conveyors, palletizers, wrappers, and other production line equipment
• Collaborate with machine operators to resolve breakdowns quickly and minimize downtime
• Work with PLCs and electronic systems as needed to diagnose and correct issues
• Ensure all work aligns with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Document maintenance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in training team members and sharing technical knowledge across the department
• Follow internal safety protocols and regulatory compliance procedures (GMP, HACCP)

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a food/beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing plant
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience with electromechanical components such as sensors, drives, and HMIs is a plus
• Ability to interpret manuals, technical drawings, and schematics
• Able to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to learn and committment to continuous improvement
