Job Description:

We are Enkev, and we make quality products from many types of (natural) fibres. Since our foundation in 1932, we have become the leading processor of natural fibres. Our products can be used in almost limitless types of applications. We make filling and covering materials for the mattress and furniture industry, but our natural products are also great for packaging purposes, automotive seating, filter products and many more. This role is with our parent company, Walotex. A maintenance technician at Walotex has a real hands-on mentality. You independently carry out maintenance plans and work day shifts from Monday to Friday with good working hours.

Job Responsibility:

  • You are responsible for a very extensive range of tasks within the technical service in our organization
  • Your goal is to run the various production lines as optimally as possible
  • You focus on executing the preventive maintenance planning
  • You are also able to switch quickly when malfunctions occur
  • The conversion, adjustment and start-up of the production lines for improvement and investment projects are also part of your tasks
  • During this versatile range of tasks, you always pay attention to quality, safety and hygiene

Requirements:

  • You have a degree in Electromechanics and several years of experience in a technical position
  • You have good all-round technical knowledge (knowledge of PLC controls is an advantage)
  • You have an analytical mind and are stress resistant
  • Speaking the French language is a plus
  • At home in all markets (such as welding, general maintenance, etc.)
