Job Description:

Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs to the facility and related equipment at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole, a luxurious mountain lodge in the heart of the American West.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs to the facility and related equipment
  • Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs
  • Handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building
  • Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner
  • Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures
  • Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
  • Support the installation or relocation of any additional equipment or existing equipment when necessary
  • Assist with energy conservation programs in the hotel
  • Support the installation of electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and of electrical set ups for exhibits including maintenance of those set-ups

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related position
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Working technical knowledge of general building maintenance
  • Ability to communicate, learn, and coven one's own comfort and skill level
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays)
  • Must possess legal work authorization in the United States
