Due to continue expansion, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Headingley. The salary for this role is up to £32,000 annually.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carrying out repairs and improvements on a diverse portfolio of student and professional properties in Headingley and Hyde Park districts of Leeds
  • Supply your own basic tools
  • Carry out works in both occupied and unoccupied properties across wet plumbing, painting, joinery
  • Basic non-qualified electrical skills
  • General property repairs

  • Experience in a wide range of trades
  • Preferably experience carrying out high volumes of work on residential properties
  • Ability to organise your own diary and manage simultaneous projects effectively
