Maintenance Technician

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and schematics for installation specifications
• Maintain equipment (pumps, turbines, compressors, piping, etc.) to precisely stated specifications
• Rebuild and/or fabricates parts and performs preventative maintenance on equipment
• Perform work inside vessels and tanks
• Perform plumbing repairs and pipe replacement, insulation repair and replacement
• Perform repairs using hand tools such as relief valve and gate valve replacements
• Operate forklifts and man lifts
• Frequently stand, walk, climb and lift
• Occasionally requires overtime and callouts on weekends, nights and holidays
• Completes all other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, Millwright/Mechanic preferred
• Have proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Office environment
• Ability to effectively read and interpret policies, and procedures
• Work in a safe manner that promotes the health and well-being of you, your co-workers and the environment

AA Degree or Technical Certificates and/or licenses preferred
