Job Description:

Calling all maintenance technicians/millwright apprentices in the Burlington area! There is an opportunity to join a tenured team on a day shift. If you thrive in an environment wearing multiple hats in an industrial environment, this may be the role for you!

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery and equipment
Perform preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Support the installation, alignment, and assembly of new equipment and machine components
Follow safety protocols and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures when working on machines
Work with the maintenance team to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, using hand and power tools
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to assist in maintenance and repairs
Assist in keeping maintenance logs, documenting repairs, and reporting any major issues to the supervisor
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored
Support other maintenance team members in completing various projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance or related role
Positive attitude, work ethic, and good communication skills both written and oral
Good arithmetic skills
