Maintenance Technician

• Maintenance of plant systems: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation
• Install and program Variable Frequency Drives
• Install control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain switch gears, control wiring and components, overcurrent and overload protection for plant motors including three phase systems
• Troubleshoot electrical controls systems including motors and PLCs
• Use test equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators
• Repair gear reducers, belt and screw conveyors, chain elevators, and packaging equipment
• Maintain wastewater system, boiler operations, cooling towers, and general building needs
• Utilize thermal imaging and ultrasonic analysis

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment OR a two-year technical degree completed

Experience working with 480 industrial voltages
