Join our team at No.27 College Road as a Maintenance Technician! No. 27 College Road a 120 bed property are looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician to work 37.5 hours per week across Monday - Friday. Fresh are a multi award-winning student accommodation provider with over 20,000 beds in our portfolio across the UK & Ireland. We’re looking for someone to support their residents and the wider operational team. Job Responsibility:

  • responsible for the statutory compliance for your building
  • managing the large commercial waste bins which are stored outside the building
  • handling routine fixes
  • tackling unexpected issues
  • accountable for making the building a welcoming, safe place for our residents to live
  • ensuring the smooth works on minor reactive repairs
  • carrying out planned maintenance
